We are so glad we decided to go with Steve and Domestic Dog Training for our 2 year old dog, Maizie!! We chose to do a three week training course and Maizie is a new dog!! She is so much more obedient and less fearful than before she worked with Steve. Our ultimate goal is to be able to take her on off-leash adventures and Steve has set us up on that path! He’s so approachable and responsive and kept us updated with pictures and videos during her stay. He has also been incredibly helpful with follow up after her training with phone calls, FaceTime, and in person meetings to ensure we’re continuing her learning! I’ve already sent a few more dogs to Steve, and will continue to recommend him to anyone who thinks they may need it!!! Thanks again Steve for all your hard work!!!!

Steve is a magician when it comes to dogs who have less than desirable behavior. He was able to not only train the dog I had taken in but trained me, helping me to understand why dogs do what they do. Rosie now has a chance for a better, less stressful life thanks to Steve's training.

Steve has an amazing attitude and is very perceptive with dogs. He will work magic with your dog and take them to greater heights than you could have imagined.

They do a fantastic job grooming our girls. Emily is amazing! Our Tula can be very difficult, but she loves going to see Emily. They always come out just right and I never had any issues. Best groomers we've ever had. Highly recommend!!!

We can't say enough about Steve and his team at Domestic Dog Training are so glad we sent our new 2-year old rescue for two weeks of day training. Miss Skye had no idea how to walk on a leash, pulled hard and needed help with a few other behavior issues. We saw changes immediately after the first day and she quickly learned the commands. After receiving our own lesson we are continuing her training each day and very happy dog owners. We look forward to bringing Skye back to board in the future. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!
I was looking for a two week board and train for my foster (soon to be foster fail). Although she has always been a sweet baby, she had her "quirks"...like screaming, highly distracted and fence fighting. This was nothing I had expected a miracle for, especially in two weeks. I am blown away with her progress.

I had checked out another place in state and felt "meh" about it. I am SO happy we checked out domestic dog because even with just a meet and greet I learned a few things and felt 100% comfortable leaving my baby here!

I came to pick my girl up and she showed zero reactivity to other dogs and learned so much and has yet to let out her raptor scream. Not only did she make more progress than I had hoped, we left fully supported from training to diet recommendations etc.

Price is beyond reasonable and not a single push for a product or anything. They use the basics for her to be the bestest girl! We will 100% return for any training or boarding needs.
